Vanilla & Chocolate cone premixes give a rich flavor to the cone which can be prepared in an easily. One can simply add water, prepare a batter, pour on pre-heated waffle machine surface & then roll the waffle to a cone. This cone is now ready to be used with ice cream or frozen yogurts or eaten as such. These premixes offer a non-sweetened option to the consumer. The waffle cones have bland/neutral taste but reminiscent of a mix of sweet & savoury.

LA-CONE PREMIX

LA-CONE premix is a dry, free flowing cream colored powder and is used to make cones using a waffle cone machine.

Contents : Flour, sugar, iodised salt, vegetable oil, INS 471, INS 500(ii), natural & artificial flavours, Vanilla. (Check & warn for allergy to the contents before use.)

Storage conditions : Store the sealed packet in a cool, dry place away from extreme heat & humidity. After use, the batter must be stored hygienically.

Method
  • Take 1 kg of LA-CONE Premix in a container & beat it to make it free flowing.
  • Add 700 ml of water with continuous stirring to obtain a smooth lump-free batter.
  • Pre heat the waffle cone machine, pour the batter on heated surface. (180-200°C)
  • Bake for 2 minutes.
  • Mould the waffle into a cone or place in a bowl or glass.

Consume the batter prepared with LA-CONE premix within 6 hours of preparing it.
